A two day dance fest organised by Indisha Trust as a tribute to late Prof. Balagopalan will be held at Narada Gana Sabha, Alwarpet today (Nov. 29) and tomorrow.
Titled ‘Bhukthi Mukthi’, this festival will include recitals by senior gurus V. P. Dhananjayan and Shanta Dhananjayan besides others who knew the late guru at Kalaksehtra very well. Dancers Nithyakalyani and Jayanthi Subramaniam will perform soon after. On Friday evening.
On Saturday, dancer Radhika Vairavelavan will talk and in addition to other recitals, there is one by dancers Leela Samson and Sadanam Balakrishnan.
5.45 p.m. onwards. Open to all.
