It was party time for the boarders of St. Bede’s Anglo indian Hr Sec. School in San Thome on Friday. A time to celebrate the Christmas spirit.
In keeping with an annual tradition on this campus, the school’s alumni got up this Christmas celebration at the Savio Hall, with donations made by old Bedeans. Actress Sri was a special guest.
There was carols singing, messages by guests, gifting by Santa Claus, music and dance and a special dinner.
Senior Salesian priests also took part in the event. Fr Gerald Miranda who oversees links with the alumni associations of all Salesian schools and Fr Stanley Ignatius, rector and correspondent of St. Bede’s were among them.
