The Paddhathi Music Fest organised by Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam and Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha will be held from Dec. 25 to Dec. 31 this year. At the inaugural function to be held on the first day, the title of ‘Acharya Shiromani’ will be conferred on Dr. Premeela Gurumurthy.
The festival will include performances by Brinda Manickavasakam, Dr. Prema Rangarajan, harikatha by U. Ve. Dushyant Sridhar and mandolin duet by sisters Srresha and Sreeusha. All are welcome. At Sri Desiga Vidhya Bhavanam, 27, Venkatesa Agraharam Road, Mylapore. Ph: 9444018269.
