Quarantine

Relaxation and holidays was what I was wishing.

One fine day a miracle happened,

The whole world was greatly saddened.

A virus started spreading,

And everyone started social distancing.

The government imposed a lockdown,

Most economies were going down.

Masks, sanitizers and gloves were put into use,

Also a lot of pay cuts were introduced.

A few developed a lot of new hobbies,

But most were stuck in hotel lobbies.

I thank all the people who helped out,

Also I pray for the people who died.
