The annual teppam festival of Sri Kapali Temple will be held from January 17 to 19, in the evenings.
But due to pandemic time regulations, as of now, people will not be allowed to participate in it and access to the tank not allowed.
Work on building the teppam (float) began this morning and the float should be ready soon. There is enough water in the tank to make the float move effortlessly this time.
