The annual Aadi fest celebrations at Nagathamman Koil on Mosque Street, Mylapore ( close to the Sri Anjaneya Temple) is always a grand one, and driven by the community here.
This Sunday, the people here kept this tradition.
After the rituals, the koozhu was offered to the Amman and then served. To go with the koozhu was dry fish curry, keerai and avarakkai kootu.
