On the occasion of Vinayaka Chathurthi, a beautifully decorated Narthana Vinayaka went around the prakara of Sri Kapaleeswarar Temple at 8.30pm and mounted atop the Mooshika Vahana in front of the eastern raja gopuram.
For the next hour, he provided this once in a year darshan around the four Mada Streets.
