A distinctive feature of the Navarathri utsavam at the Kesava Perumal Temple will be the Vahana procession of Mayuravalli Thayar inside the temple complex at 6pm on each of the days.
Highlights include Sesha Vahana procession on Sept 27, Kannadi Pallakku on Sept 30 and Kili Vahana on Oct 1.
There will be a serthi seva of Kesava Perumal and Mayuravalli Thayar on Oct 4. On the occasion of Vijayadasami (Oct 5), Kesava Perumal will go on a street procession around the four streets on a Horse Vahana.
