NAC Jewellers to celebrate 50 years. Bust of founder to be unveiled at Mylapore store

NAC Jewellers, with its lead store in Mylapore, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

Marking the occasion, NAC Jewellers will be paying homage to its founder, the late N. Anjaneyulu Chetty, by contributing to charitable causes through donations from the Anandam Foundation, and launching a Golden Week of celebrations for long-time patrons.

In honour of the founder’s legacy, a bust of N. Anjaneyulu Chetty will be unveiled at the North Mada Street store on June 21 in the presence of guests and the store’s promoters.

NAC Jewellers will also be contributing to charitable causes with a donation of Rs.50 lakhs,
including a donation of Rs.5 lakhs to the Adyar Cancer Institute in Chennai, Rs.5 Lakhs to
Sankara Nethralaya and the remaining Rs.40 lakhs will be distributed to worthy organisations
over the course of this year.

As part of the 50th anniversary celebrations, NAC Jewellers will host the Golden Week from
July 1 to 8, featuring activities and games across all stores.

Long-time patrons would be rewarded through a loyalty program featuring exclusive offers and gifts, states a press release from NAC.
