A book titled Gita Kathamrutham authored by G. Ram Mohan was released recently at TAG Centre, Alwarpet.
Mohan says his book brings out the erudite wisdom of the Bhagawad Gita through the medium of short stories.
The book was released by A Ramji, and the first copy was received by P. V. Vaitheesvaran, both retired general managers of Indian Railways.
Ram Mohan is a civil engineer by profession, who served in the Indian Railway Service of Engineers.
He says he has done ‘a deep study of the Bhagawad Gita’ and the erudite wisdom it offers, of which he has sought to convey in the book through the medium of 20 short stories.
It is a practical guide to leading a fruitful life based on the teachings of the Gita, he adds.
The publisher is M/s Motilal Banarsidass International, and copies of this book are available for sale at its shop at No.203, Royapettah High Road, near Luz Corner.
