Five individuals of the city who are doing exemplary work in the field of animal welfare were recognised at the 3rd edition of the Kindness Awards held at Savera Hotel on August 5 morning.
This event was held to mark the birth anniversary of late A. Vijaykumar Reddy, promoter of Savera Hotel; Reddy was passionate about pets and treatment of animals.
The hotel’s joint managing director, A. Nina Reddy presided at the event.
Chinny Krishna, co-founder of Blue Cross of India was decorated with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
