The sea is rough and raging on Friday morning.
We spotted a lone fisherman, in a raincoat, as he surveyed the sea and as the rain came down.
The weather agency had forecast heavy rain due to a deep depression and though th winds were not all that cyclocnic, they raged.
Local fishermen pulled up their boats to sandy points near the Marina Loop Road and did not put out to sea. Red alert has been sounded and nobody takes risks when the red goes up.
There were a few other people out here to enjoy the atmosphere; common in the city at this time of the year.
