Tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. Stalin led a big procession on May 10, Saturday evening, on Kamaraj Salai ( Marina Beach road) to express people’s support for the Indian armed forces.
Stalin’s cabinet ministers, DMK leaders and cadres, a few religious leaders, youth, ex-Servicemen and people took part in the procession which started from outside the TN DGP headquarters campus and ended at the War Memorial.
Even as the procession ended, word spread that India and Pakistan had agreed to a ceasefire.
