Kumbakonam degree coffee powder, organic pulses and Kodai garlic. Home-preneur Padma sells these and more

Padma Prakash who resides in Karpagam Avenue, R. A. Puram sources Kumbakonam degree coffee powder and sells it locally.

An home-preneur, Padma said she has been into reselling business for many years.

“I have been getting coffee powder from a specific shop and I love the taste. So, I came
up with this idea of reselling authentic Kumbakonam degree coffee. I want more and more people to enjoy
the taste,” says Padma, a self-confessed coffee addict.

Orders can be placed over phone and Padma will courier the parcels to the customers. Alternatively, customers can also pick up from her house.

“If the delivery address is close by, I don’t mind dropping in the parcel,” says the 63-year- old.

Padma sells pure coffee and one with 20% chickery as well.

She said she was also dealing with organic pulses, cold pressed oils, Wagh Bakri tea and millets
earlier. The pandemic halted her business and now she is back to doing what she enjoys.

Apart from Kumbakonam coffee powder, she also sells urad dal, idli rice, cold pressed oils and Kodaikanal smoked garlic. Pain relieving balm and roll from Andhra-origin Goswami brand and Zinda Talismath – an Ayurveda remedy for cold, cough and body pain – are also available for sale.
