The community at CSI St Thomas Tamil Church in San Thome got together on Sunday September 7 for their annual Thanksgiving service.
The members of this congregation brought offerings of clothes, kids bicycles, rice bags, gas stoves and more. A few brought small offerings of gold.
These items were auctioned after the service. Then, it was time for some fun and fellowship.

Games and food stalls kept people engaged till lunch time when biryani packets were distributed to the parishioners.
“This year many people took part in the Thanksgiving festival, ” said pastor Rev B. Devaprasad.
The pastorate committee led by secretary Esther Jebaraj and treasurer Samuel Swamikkan curated the event.
