A unique exhibition on Bojagi, the traditional Korean art of wrapping, which embodies both beauty and practicality has opened at InKo Centre, BIat Club zone, R. A. Puram.
Characterised by intricate patchwork and vibrant colours, and magnanimity of spirit, bojagi is deeply rooted in Korean culture and has been passed down through generations as a symbol of blessing, care, and creativity.
This bojagi art exhibition will highlight the versatility of bojagi as a medium capable of holding and transforming objects of all shapes and sizes.
The show’s inauguration is on Thursday, October 30 at 6.00 p.m. Venue: The Gallery @ InKo Centre
On view until Saturday, November 15 (except Sundays and published holidays)
There is a guided workshop on Oct.30 which introduces participants to four unique techniques symbolising care, blessing and artistry.
