This is to be a special event for the alumni of P. S. High School, Mylapore. An event to be held on November 2 evening at the auditorium in this school’s campus, where all the alumni of the school who have excelled in sport will be greeted and recognised.
The event marks the golden jubilee of the 1975 batch of this school. The batch wanted to make it a memorable event and has chosen to focus on the sports greats of this school – many of whom shone in cricket, chess, football and table tennis.
A special souvenir on the sports stars will be released by M. S. Shanmugham, secretary to the TN chief minister and a P. S. School alumni.
Another alumni, a sportsperson, M. S. Sridhar, once an athlete who set a few records, will receive the first copy. The school’s alumni association president, M. S. Sundararajan, will take part.
The event is open to all P. S. School alumni. It starts at 4 p.m.
