A Tamil book titled “Oru Thookku Kaithiyin Vaakumoolam”, authored by Thooku Selvam and published by Kizhakku Pathippagam is to be released at an event scheduled to be held on December 20, at Kavikko Convention Center, 6, 2nd Main Street, CIT Colony, Mylapore.
The event will be graced by Justice (retd.) K. Chandru, who will formally release the book.
‘Thooku’ Selvam, a life convict currently lodged at Vellore Central Prison, has been incarcerated for the past 31 years.
The book presents a compelling account of his lived experiences in prison, making it a rare and distinctive literary work, said a note from Vaidehi Sankaran, editor, Kizhakku Pathippagam, the book’s publisher
