Free courses in basics of computers. For poor youth, for seniors

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Gandhi Institute of Computer Education and Information Technology Centre at Mylapore offers free education in the basics of computer skills to educated unemployed youth belonging to the economically backward sections of society.

These are job-oriented courses – they cover MS-Office with Tally and DTP. These courses have helped many students to secure employment at various levels.

There is also a course for senior citizens – it covers skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet. Apply by December 26.
