The first step of the celebration of the annual Panguni festival of Sri Kapali Temple is to take place on February 26.
That evening, 5 p.m. onwards will be a special abhishekam followed by the ‘lakna pathirikai’ ritual inside the temple.
People are allowed to attend this event.
