Andhra Mahila Sabha’s unit in Mylapore is conducting a skill-based workshop in fusion arts therapy by an experienced government -certified trainer.
It has a blend of music, movement, mudras, mandala and storytelling and this introductory session, says Lavanya Srinivas, the project In-charge for the AMS Skill Development Centre. ‘It will equip you with awareness activities for your emotional well being’.
The host also offers a 30 hour, short term skill training course to help you kickstart a career path in fusion therapy. This leads to work with children and adults in schools, communities and wellness settings.
This workshop is only for women, 18 years and above.
Venue: Skill Development Centre at AMS Mahila Vidyalaya, Luz Church Road, near Nageswara Rao Park.
The introductory sessions are on Feb.16, 18 and on Feb. 20.
