A new cook book titled Relishing Rajasthan, authored by chef Sameer Gupta and Mylapore-based food writer Pratibha Jain is being featured at the Rajasthan Day event hosted by Duchess Club. at Hotel Savera on March 14.
There is a live culinary demonstration by chef Sameer, along with a few cultural elements such as Rajasthani folk music, traditional dances, and a showcase of bandhinis and lehariyas reflecting the rich heritage of Rajasthan.
Guests at this event include Aruna Vijay (MasterChef) and Jigyasa, Kathak guru and author of Sukham Ayu and Cooking with Pedatha.
