Menbers of ‘Voices of Mandavelipakkam ( VOM), a body of local residents of the area have made a donation to the family of Urbaser supervisor Selvaganapathy who passed away while on duty during the Panguni festival.
VOM’s representatioves, Saroj Satyanarayan and Sheila D’ Souza handed over the contribution of Rs.16.500 to the late man’s wife Dhanalakshmi who works as an animator in GCC on a contract basis.
Her son is in Class 12 and daughter, in Class 6. The family resides in the Sri Karaneeswarar Temple zone, Mylapore.
Earlier, JERA, the community in Jeth Nagar had also donated money to this family.
