CSI Church of the Good Shepherd in Mylapore elected its new pastorate committee for the triennium 2026 to 2029.
Y. Bhuvanesh Kumar, an advocate by profession was elected as the secretary. He has been chosen for this post for the 6th time.
.Rajini Kannan elected as treasurer is a homemaker. She was elected to the pastorate committee for three different terms and is now the treasurer – for the second time.
14 members were also elected to form part of the committee.
The committee was constituted in a ceremony held on August 23 presided over by the presbyter Rev. Manuel Ebenezer in the church campus.
The secretary, treasurer and the presbyter of the church administer the church affairs. The pastorate committee takes major decisions for the administration of the church and for its charity work.
