The 13 th edition of Clarion P S Model United Nations event was organised on October 30 and 31 at the school; over 290 delegates from 14 schools took part.
The conference was inaugurated by school principal Dr Revathy Parameswaran. Alumnus Arnav Mahadevan, who served as its secretary general, shared his MUN journey.
The conference featured eight committees, with the flagship committee, PPN
(Paris Peace Negotiations), focusing on negotiations among global superpowers during the Vietnam war.
The sessions provided delegates with valuable opportunities to develop their
analytical, persuasive and negotiation skills, while strengthening their public speaking abilities and awareness of global affairs.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by Dr M. R. Venkatesh, a leading advocate.
The team of Chettinad Vidyashram, R.A. Puram, emerged as the best school delegation.
