Minister visits murder victim’s family

Union Minister P. Chidambaram visited the residence of a young woman who was found dead in Mandaveli on July 17.

Nachal was found dead at her residence in Vedachalam Garden Street, Mandaveli on July 15.

The minister spent nearly 20 minutes with the family.

Sources say that Chidambaram’s grandfather and the victim’s great grandfather were siblings.

Meanwhile the Foreshore Estate police are working on the case and no arrest have been made so far.
