Mathematics text book for students
‘Encyclopedia of School Math’ is a mathematics textbook for school children. P. Duraipandian a resident of Mandavelipakkam has authored this book. He has been a resident of Mylapore since 1956.
Duraipandian is a retired mathematics professor of Tamil Nadu Government. He had been teaching for many years at the Presidency College.
I am currently helping school students in this subject, which prompted me to write this book, he says.
This mini encyclopedia discusses mathematics is various chapters. It can also be used as a guide to refer definition and formulas for classes 4 to 10, he says.
Teachers can also used this as a guide to teach fast and basic ideas in mathematics, he says.
It can also be used for competitive and entrance examinations in the school level, says Duraipandian.
Apart from this the author has written many math reference and guidebooks for B.Sc. and higher secondary students.
