This evening, the production ‘Sundara Kandam’ will be staged by Lakshmi Ramaswamy at Alwarpet. Students of her school Sri Mudhraalaya will showcase lord Hanuman’s journey in aiding lord Rama find Sita. The lyrics are penned by Dr. Rukmini Ramani and the music is by Dr. Rajkumar Bharathi. The production is part of the 13th Annual Music and Dance Festival and marks the 20th anniversary of the Bharatanatyam danseuse’s career.
