Elections 2016: Community activist ‘Traffic’ Ramaswamy in the fray

‘Traffic’ Ramaswamy, the tireless community activist of Chennai is one of the candidates who is contesting in Mylapore this Assembly election.

On Tuesday evening, he held street corner meets around Nageswara Rao park; around hi9m were a handful of supporters.

Ramaswamy, who has taken up many civic issue related to traffic and taken these to court and won some hard fought battles has also thrown his cap in electoral battles.

His recent campaign has been against use of flex banners in public spaces and roads/streets.
