Mylapore zone Deputy Commissioner of Police, V. Balakrishnan is seeking volunteers /NGOs to do a survey on the drug abuse among school and college students.
Says the officer in a post on his social media page ; My definition of drugs: starting from puncture solution and whitener to all categories of drugs which have got a potential for abuse. The idea is two fold : one is to identify the drug abusers and the other is to find out the source of supply.
