KYM Institute of Yoga Studies, a unit of Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, will be conducting a part time yoga teacher training programme at its campus at R. K. Nagar, Mandaveli. The programme will run for a year and a half and will include theory and practice of asanas, pranayama and dhyana, basic anatomy, ayurveda, chanting and more.
