Cheesy Juicy Burgers, a Chennai-based food chain, opened its 12th outlet in Mandaveli recently. The new place is on R. K. Mutt Road, near the MTC Mandaveli terminus.
Guru Chandar’s love for food and watching his father run the same franchise outlet on ECR, inspired him to launch his own food business. So he took up a franchise in partnership with his wife Varsha. Since both reside in Sydney, Varsha’s mother Susheela manages the burger joint.
The food joint offers a variety of burgers and shakes. “The store has certainly set the excitement level high for all burger fans being a familiar brand amongst Chennai people”, says Susheela. “We have the juiciest burgers with the best sauces and cheese.”
There is a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian burger options on the menu. Also offered are thick shakes – the special is the ‘Super Chocolate Oreo’. The joint also also offers finger foods like cheesy fries, Jerk chicken and cheese corn nuggets.
A meal for two costs Rs. 500 approximately. The place can seat 20 pax.
