Reading challenge at R.A. Puram public library this summer

R.A. Puram residents association (RAPRA) and the local library authority (LLA) of R.A.Puram public library will be conducting a reading challenge as a part of their ‘get caught reading’ series. It will be held from May 1 to May 31.

Members of R.A.Puram public library can enroll themselves for the challenge at this library.

“The participants can choose books for reading. And every time they borrow a book, an activity will be assigned to them which they will have to complete and submit after reading the book,” says Nirmala Raghavan, Library Project Coordinator, RAPRA.

“At the end of the challenge, awards will be given to the best illustrators, the best activity submitted and the ones who read the maximum number of books at the valedictory function on June 1,” she says.

The library is located at Fourth Main Road, R.A.Puram diagonally opposite to Sangeetha Restaurant.
