A USA-based family, which originally was from Mylapore’s Warren Road is entertaining music lovers this lockdown through their music streamed online.
Venkatesh Padmanabhan and Jayashree Venkatesh are classically trained in the violin and in vocal singing and their children Sneha and Sanjana are trained singers; they also play the guitar and violin as well.
The Padmanabhans are full time management executives by profession and also teach and perform Carnatic music on weekends.
Says Jayashree in an e-mail, “To bring positivity and help entertain people quarantined during Covid19, we have been rigorously training and then releasing music videos every week.”
