C. R. R. Charities opened a reading room in Raja Annamalaipuram on Friday, July 2. It is open to all.
The reading room is maintained by C. R. Ranganathan, a retired bank officer and his wife. The couple had consented to let the front portion of the house, which is the thinnai for this purpose.
They will also provide the books/magazines.
The reading room will be open from 7 to 9 a.m. and will have English and Tamil newspapers and magazines.
