The state Civil Supplies Department office in Mylapore held a grievances redressal day on November 13 at Kalyan Nagar Association hall, Mandavelipakkam.
Over 150 people came by to sort out their problems and seek information related to ration cards.
Nearly 102 cases have been disposed of, says Mylapore’s MLA S. Ve. Shekher.
The balance of 47 cases will be cleared within a week after verification, he says.
