The annual feast of St. Lazarus was held on January 29 and 30 at Our Lady of Guidance Church, R.A. Puram. The festival began with the hoisting of the flag on January 20.
Special prayers were held through out the week. Many devotees flocked to this church during the festival.
On January 29 and 30 there was a grand car procession. Nine chariots massively decorated with flowers were pulled by the devotees on the streets.
Many street hawkers displayed their wares on either side of the road.
The feast ended with the lowering of the flag on Sunday.
