M. A. Abhinaya, a 13-year-old student will present a vocal Carnatic music performance on November 6 at 6.30 a.m. at the Nageswara Rao Park in Mylapore.
She will be accompanied by Pakkala Jayaprakash on the violin, and by S. Sivasubramanian, on the mridangam.

Dr. MLV Rasikar Manram is organising a special program in memory of Carnatic maestro Dr. M. L Vasantha Kumari. The program will be held on 5 November at Kapaleeswarar Temple mantap from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
There will be devotional songs, vocal concert, thematic dance presentation.

Ustad Jamil Khan Manganiyar and his artistes, a well known Rajasthani folk and Sufi music group will be performing on Nov.8 at Hari Shree Vidyalayam – R A Puram at 9.30 a.m.  The group consists of 6 musicians led by Ustad Jamil Khan Manganiyar and a lady Kalbeliya dancer.
This is organised by SPICMACAY. The pubic can be at this show on a first come first serve basis.

Tamil Nadu Eyal Isai Nataka Mandram is celebrating Eyal Isai Nataka Natya Vizha. This is held at Government Music College, R. A. Puram and is on till Nov. 9.
Kutcheries, dance, folk performances will be held daily from 6 p.m. onwards.
The valedictory function will be held on Nov.9 and Tamil Nadu Assembly speaker D. Jaykumar will be the chief guest.
