Chithirai thiruvona peruvizha (Brahmothsavam) at Sri Madhava Perumal Temple, Mylapore began on May 11. Flag hoisting was held on May 12.
Garuda Sevai was held on May 14 at 6 a.m. The image of the Lord was decorated and taken in a procession.
