Local unit of the BJP party held a demonstration at Luz Corner on Friday morning, June 22.
They raised many issues including price rise. Senior party leader L. Ganesan led the protestors.
Local leader Vanathi Srinivasan was also present.
Local police picked them up and detained them at the Chennai Corporation hall on Luz Avenue.
