3 E’s of Travel, a coffee table book written by N. Meera Raghavendra Rao was launched recently at IELC Headquarters on Eldams Road.
The book was released by former Chief Election Commissioner, T. S. Krishna Murthy.
Dr. Hariharnath, received the first copy of the book. B. S. Raghavan, retired bureaucrat and columnist spoke on the book.
The author, Meera Raghavendra spoke about her father, G. L. Narsinga Rao, who was the inspiration for her book.
She said her father, who worked for the Railways developed in her an interest and a passion for travel and the day of the release coincided with his 100th birth anniversary.
Rao is a longtime resident of Alwarpet and is a communications professional, teacher and writer. She has a few books to her credit.
