Amarajeevi Potti Sreeramulu Memorial Society is celebrating Gandhi Jayanthi n OCt.2 at 5.30 p.m. at Andhra Mahila Sabha, 109, Luz Church Road.
Prizes will be distrbuted to the winners of the various competitions held in August. Singer P. Susheela will be the chief guest.
Gandhi Peace Foundation, Madras with N.S.S Dept. of Stella Maris College is organising a workshop on ‘The Urgency of Gandhian values today’ on Oct.2 from 9.30 a.m. onwards. There will be paper presentations and bhajans.
Dr S.Muthukumaran, Former Vice-Chancellor, Bhatatidasan University, will release the reprint of the book ‘Saanthanai Chutri en Vandugalaai Moikkindranar?’
