Okadey’s Casual Dining restaurant located in R. A. Puram has reopened. This restaurant was renovated recently. This is a unit of Sangeetha Restaurants.
This is a fully air-conditioned restaurant and can seat 86 people. It offers multi cuisine vegetarian food, chaats and juices.
The furniture, interior and the ambience of the restaurant has been totally revamped, says Venkat, manager of this restaurant. The specials here are the Jain food and Kumbakonnam degree coffee, he says.
“We have a clientele of Jains. It is to cater to them that we have introduced this menu,” A. Mubarak, chief chef.
Mubarak specialises in South Indian and Continental food.
There is also a ‘rent – free’ party hall with a seating capacity of 100 people. Though the food comes from a centralised kitchen we have also have a new kitchen here. Udipi, Chettinad and Tandoor food is cooked here, says Mubarak.
A salad bar with unlimited food is due to open soon, he added. Door delivery and outdoor catering service is also offered here.
