Two senior Bharatanatyam dancers, Roja Kannan and Priya Murle join hands with dancers Srikanth and Aswathy to present ‘Marabu’, a dance production on Saturday evening (Nov.29) at Narada Gana Sabha. The foursome call themselves the Parashah group and have presented a few productions in India and across then world, their most wellknown being one based on Subramania Bharathi.
Dancer Priya Murle said that ‘Marabu’ was born out of a suggestion that the group explore the ‘margam’. “We brought our creative energies together on this idea,” she said.
The show is open to all.
