Two moms, Meenakshi Ganapathy and Meenakshi Padmanabhan, have gotten together to start Book Buddee – a library targeted towards kids aged 0 to 10 years. The library works out of a house on V. C. Garden Street. The registration fees is Rs. 300, 3 books can be borrowed at a time, with a nominal reading charge / book.
The books are all imported from other countries, and are in good condition. Age appropriate puzzles are also available.
The library stores the lists of books available online, in pdf form. Go through the list and pick out what suits you and the ladies can organise pick up and delivery of the books to a convenient location. If you are looking for a book that is not currently available, they can source it for you.
