EATING OUT KERALAKERALA FISH CURRIES

Ente Keralam, the fine-dine Kerala restaurant is hosting  the ‘Lake and Mud Pot’ Festival. This fest will feature a variety of dishes made of fresh fish, shell fish and ducks caught from the backwaters. The fresh catch is traditionally cooked using time-honored recipes and ingredients in earthenware to give special flavors to the dishes. Gravys and curries made from fishes like vatta, chemballi, modha and many more, duck mappas and roast are also a part of this menu.  The festival will also feature authentic Kerala special Crab rasam which is a fine balance of crab meat and the tanginess of tomatoes. EATING OUT-DIABETICDIABETIC FRIENDLY FOODS

Many restaurants in the city are taking part in the Diabetic Food Trail that begins on Nov 14 and goes on till Nov 30. In our area, restaurants like Benjarong, Teppan, Jonah’s Bistro are participating in this venture.
