Ente Keralam, the fine-dine Kerala restaurant is hosting the ‘Lake and Mud Pot’ Festival. This fest will feature a variety of dishes made of fresh fish, shell fish and ducks caught from the backwaters. The fresh catch is traditionally cooked using time-honored recipes and ingredients in earthenware to give special flavors to the dishes. Gravys and curries made from fishes like vatta, chemballi, modha and many more, duck mappas and roast are also a part of this menu.
