Ajnabi Mithai Ghar, part of Ajab Sweets, has opened its doors on T. T. K. Road, Alwarpet.
It offers a range of sweets and savories and chat items- which it is known for.
The chain was started by Jayanti Lal from Mandvi, Gujarat in 1954. Ajab Mithai Ghar began as a small bunk shop at Elephant Gate, Sowcarpet and thrived, its sweets and chaats becoming famous.
The new shop is at the intersection of T. T. K. Road and C. V. Raman Road, Alwarpet.
