A bigtime basketball tourney takes off on April 5 evening at the Montfort Indoor Stadium in San Thome High School campus. Hosted by the Basketball Federation of India and the TN Basketball Association, the tourney features many top class teams and is for men and for women teams. The prize is also big.
Besides teams from Chennai, there are teams from Kerala, Punjab, Delhi, Dehra Dun and Bangalore. They have some star players with them.
Matches start at 3 pm daily and are open to all.
