Aavin is constructing swanky parlours in the area – one is getting ready in Alwarpet and the other in Mandavelipakkam ( photo featured here) , does not look swanky but stocks a variety of the products. Its also plans to upgrade its milk dispensing centers in colonies.
Work is going on at a steady pace at a nook next to Kirtilal Jewellers on C P Ramaswamy Road, Alwarpet in the place where a Aavin milk vending centre and sale depot existed. The sales are still on here.
The other place is near Varghese Bakery in Mandavelipakkam’s West Circular side and was opened in December, its promoter said.
