MLA R. Natraj presided over Kasthuriba Club’s 66th anniversary held on Aug 28 at Sri Thyagaraja Sangeetha Vidwath Samajam, Mylapore. The welcome address was given by the president of the club – S. A Bhatt. Later, the MLA released a souvenir and advised children to imbibe the qualities of dharma in their lives.
About 250 prizes were distributed for various competitions by the chief guest Alamelu Achi, secretary, Aarupadai Murugan Temple, Besant Nagar.
